We only deliver to the UK.

Brittle or soft handmade items such as bath bomb may come split, chipped or broken, we cannot refund or exchange these items as they are still fully useable so please keep this in mind when purchasing.

Any delays we will contact you within the timeframe or the representative you placed the order with.

In the rare case you’ve not received your parcel by the 12th working day please allow till 6pm to contact us incase your order is still on route. Unless it is a handmade item then please contact us by the 21st working day.

Any failed deliveries may be sat in your depot.

For any reason if you are unable to receive your parcel and it is returned to our supplier you are then liable to pay for the postage to be sent back to yourself.

Any handmade items may take up-to 21 working days.

Holiday periods will have cut off dates to ensure guaranteed deliveries.
