PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND RETURN OR EXCHANGES 

Brittle or soft handmade items such as bath bomb may come split, chipped or broken, we cannot refund or exchange these items as they are still fully useable so please keep this in mind when purchasing.

 

Exchanged items will only be dispatched once we have received the item you want to exchange, you are responsible for the shipping costs involved in this.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds take 3-5 working days back to the payment method you used.

 

We have the right to refuse & refund any order at any time for any reason.

 

If a refund has been accepted, Refunds will be minus shipping fee if your item has been dispatched for example lost in transit after speaking to us.

 

You can also change a refund for a credit note to use on our website for a later date.

 

In rare cases if a product is not in stock we will contact you to either offer an alternative, refund or a credit note.

 

Returns

 

In the rare event of an item arriving damaged contact must be made to ourselves on day of delivery via Email and we will advise.

 

We request photographic evidence of all damages wherever possible.

 

Items should be returned in their original packaging and 'as new' to the returns address we will provide you.

 

YOU are responsible for the return and costs involved.

 

If your parcel is returned to us due to missed deliveries or refusal of parcel you will be required to pay shipping for redelivery.

 

We are not liable for returned items going missing, you should keep this in mind when sorting a return and using a tracked service as your order will not be refunded, exchanged or have a credit note as there will be no proof of returned item.

 

Cancellations

 

You have 24 hours to cancel your order but you must have a genuine reason.
